which option is the best?

 

1. Enable fast startup in windows 10 with fast boot in bios

2. Enable fast startup in windows 10 only

3. Turn off both of fast startup and fast boot

I personally disable fast startup everywhere. It messes with your CPU performance over time since fast startup prevents your PC from completely shutting down.

When you have fast startup enabled, some CPU processes are still active when you 'shut down'.

na bro...

this would be something like standby. Fast startup skips some checks and usb installation etc at the miso stage. 

Thus saves 1-2seconds

No. Enabling fast startup here in Power Options prevents your CPU from completely shutting down.

 

 

If you have this off, your CPU will shut down along with the PC. With it on, expect to have your CPU up time a lot longer, and therefor affect how fast your PC is.

turn on hibrinate and just use that. will use space on your bootdisk and will depend on how much ram you have in your system. I normally never turn off my pc

I wouldn't really consider any of those combinations "better". It's really up to what you hope to gain. If you don't care about the BIOS and you just want to get into the OS ASAP then you could enable both. How much of a difference each make would probably only be a couple of seconds. If you don't have one already a SSD would make the biggest difference and if you already use one then I'd be content with that.

 

But then again I'm use to booting up servers with multiple expansion cards each with their own startup menus so the OS doesn't even start loading until about 60 seconds in and the OS isn't done loading for about a full 2 minutes after that.

There are many many things that can cause BSOD. How do you know fast boot/startup has to do with what's causing yours?
