They are powered by the included hub, probably via 12v but I think the connectors are specific to the hub itself so you can't plug them into the motherboard.

Hello,

 

    I am planning on getting the Thermaltake RGB fittings however I can't seem to find how it connects to light it up. The only thing I know is that it is a 4 pin connector but I am not sure whether it is 5V or 12V.
