Bought the CPU and I seriously can't install any drivers for it and I need them.

When I go to install the drivers all it wants to do is give me W10, but I did find W7 downloads here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27360/Graphics-Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-45-?v=t

But every time I got to install it it says: "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software."

I don't even have "Display Adapters" in Device Manager to try and POINT to the drivers manually. I tried doing 'scan for hardware changes', I tried 'Show hidden devices'. Display Adapters never shows up.

Now if I try the W10 version with compatibility mod and run as admin it says: this installation package is not supported by this processor type

I even tried that Intel Assistant and it said it had nothing new for me to install and didn't list anything about GPU or display.

This is my motherboard if that help, I did install the chipset INF, audio, etc: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z370P-D3-rev-10#kf

Windows Update only has language packs for me also. This is so stupid...

I seriously need drivers for Intel HD 630 Graphics, Windows 7U 64B. I don't know why I'm getting the minimum requirements error or why nothing is showing in Display Adapters. I'm getting window drag, theme issues, etc.

There are no Windows 7 graphics drivers for that CPU.  Intel never made them.  Windows 7 is EoL, so naturally very few vendors are making an effort to develop drivers for new hardware compatible with older OSes.  If you don't want to use Windows 10, there's numerous flavors of Linux you can use.

There has to be an option. Isn't that driver for my CPU? It says it supports my CPU and it was for W7.

My only option is a dedicated video card?

No.  That driver was for 6th generation only.  You have an 8th generation CPU, denoted by the 8xxx model number.

Your options are Windows 10, some other OS, or a dedicated GPU that has drivers for Windows 7.

There is also plenty to suggest that Microsoft didn't want them to make drivers, as it doesn't generate income like Windows 10.

So whats the best and cheapest W7 card I can get?

I will not go to W10. It's garbage.

Have fun once MS stops releasing security updates for it.  I'd recommend planning a transition to a Linux distro if you're that committed.  The integrated GPU in that CPU isn't bad for light gaming and basic use, but if you can't use it :: shrugs ::.

Current nVidia cards that support Win7 are 6XX series and up.  nVidia will stop releasing updates in its drivers for Fermi-based cards in Jan 2019, though the drivers might still be compatible.  Probably look at AMD cards if you're concerned about price.

whats the best video card to get for no more then 60$

was thinking this: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4RE5X87772&ignorebbr=1

or gt 730... or gt 710

That's a scam as well most likely. You can tell because it has a VGA port and no 750 (edit: 750Ti) has a VGA port

Edit:

Read it as 750Ti which doesn't have VGA.

the reviews says its a real 750.

While there is a chance, since the reference 750 (I was thinking 750Ti) has VGA, they have a bunch of other fake stuff so I tend to err on the side of caution.
