So what ive tried so far is to : remove the cmos battery (over an hour) and when i reinserted it i got into an infite reboot cycle and i have tried using the clr_cmos jumper but with it connected i cant power on my system (dont know if thats normal but i dont think so) i cant try flashing the bios with an USB stick because i cant get it to post. Any help appreciated

According to the manual you need to turn off your PC and unplug it from the wall then, you need to short the clr_cmos pins.

The manual says that you'd need to short it with a screwdriver but, there really should be a jumper on it.

After you've done that just power on your PC and try to get into the BIOS.

That is assuming that the issue is the Motherboard.
