Assassins creed and a GPU

Thanks @ for that copy of Assassins Creed IV, I love the series just couldn't afford the game. My GT 640 2gb Handles the game will with 28-40 fps an minimum settings, But I will need something more powerful that has orange on it, My build theme is blue and orange so I'd like to have an orange shroud on the GPU. I found this GTX 650 ti that will fit my budget, how well will this do on Assassins creed? Or is there another card for the same price that I can overclock to match the performance? Either way, the card will be overclocked like the rest of my system.

I would probably save 20 to 30$ and get a r9 270 non reference model. You can get some for about 180$. Anything from msi, asus or gygabite is fine = )
