Someone Help ME .. installed new gpu.... startup black screen !!?? But can move cursor on black screen?

I installed my 1060 .... now I have a startup where it don’t have a monitor connection I don’t even see the bio splash screen 

 

the I move the mouse and I can see the cursor HELP

 

and hdmi is I to the motherboard not gpu

i pressed restart as in force shut off and turned on and now it’s working wtf ??

 

yes I tried this 3 times before but this it works ??? Ok then ....

Sometimes fast boot is the problem. I see that once. Hard reset makes full boot, not hiber boot.
