Are you talking about input lag or response time?

Because they are not the same thing.

The delay between an action and it happening on screen is input lag, not response time.

Nah: You are right but in any case 14ms is not nice but pretty much ok

Haha *delay :P

Yeah human response time is 200ms so a 14ms input lag on top of that will not be noticeable.

Inut lag or pixel response ?

is that a manufactuers spec your reading from, or a reviewers findings ?

if its input lag then, well for a monitor its kinda bad, but in general if your not a professional gamer/hardcore FPS player, its ok, anything below ~20ms is fine.

If its pixel response, well if its the 80% transition time, thats shit. if its the 100% transition time, and its a VA panel, thats pritty good.

if its the manufacturers listed spec .ignore it. if its a reviewers findings then see above.

I guess some like pro CsGO players will notice. but for the average gamer its fine

The only reason they could notice it is because all the stuff that adds input lag will add up.

14ms on it's own isn't noticeable.
