What GPU should I use?

At that price point for a new card, you are looking at either an RX 580 8GB or a GTX 1060 6GB, they are honestly so similar in gaming performance though so ultimately it's your decision which to buy. But for about $300usd you could probably get a used GTX 1070 or 1070Ti, so if you are comfortable with that then it is also an option.

So I have a really crappy 10 year old computer that I am throwing out the window to make room for a brand new GAMING PC. I am buying a rysen 5 CPU, Viper Elite Series DDR4 8GB, sceptre  27" Curved 75Hz LED Monitor C278W-1920R Full HD 1080P HDMI. Although, I have no idea what GPU I should use. I would be playing games like Overwatch, Fortnite, and PUBG. I am on a $250 to $300 budget US dollars, What would you guys suggest.
