Looking for compatible desktop

Hey guys, just asking anyone who knows any desktops under $200 that have a mobo compatible with the R9280x AMD graphics card. I'm making a build that is very cheap, so my budget is currently $400. any suggestions for a compatible, cheap but good performance and NOT BOTTLENECKING components, that would be great.

an old dell optiplex with a i7 3th gen or higher. if you want to go new it will be a lot harder

Hope you arent paying more for the 280x than like 100$. Because it really isnt worth more

would something like this bottleneck the pc? and is the mobo inside incompatible with the graphics card? Sorry if I'm being rude

In cpu intensive games it will. The mobo is compatible most of the times, but you'll need a different psu for it. Tier 3 with the right connectors (or higher) will do the job
