Are the LG 38UC99-W and 38CB99-W the same monitor?

I've been looking at these monitors and it seems that the only difference between them is that one is for consumer use and one is for business use. They are priced very differently though, with the 38UC99-W being roughly $1,150 USD and the 38CB99-W about $800. Is anyone aware of any differences between these monitors?

Seems to me they just have different model numbers depending on the country they are sold in.
I couldn't find the 38CB99 here in Germany, only the 38UC99.

Besides age, are there any feature differences between the monitors?

38CB99 has a USB-C input and a longer warranty (38UC99 - 1yr parts and labor; 38CB99 - 3yr parts labor backlight). Other than that, they are identical, in that they use the same panel and stand.

Thanks Sombra! It seemed like this was the case from the research that I had done but I wanted to confirm with someone that might have a better idea. It seems too good to be true.
