i5 6600k wierd temps

Hey guys, so I seem to have a problem with getting correct read on my CPU temperatures. Any software I tried was showing super low temps (i5 6600k + cooler SilentiumPC Grandis XE1236). As attached ss is showing, idle temps may go as low as 15*C on a core reading and slightly above 20 on package reading. Max temps after 10 mins of Prime95 Small FFTs are 50*C. Ambient temp was 23*C. Has anyone had similar issue before? Mobo is Asrock pro4s with lastest BIOS (no matter which bios I tested there was no change). Other specs as seen on attached ss.

Shows same temps, just like every other software I tried.
