waterblock below 20mm tall with holes for fittings coming out the side?

I need a waterblock for lga1151 that has a height below 20mm, preferably with holes for fittings on the side. I was thinking of getting something like this from aliexpress and 3d printing a mount for it.....any suggestions?

Those blocks are aluminum so it wouldn't be something that is recommended if your putting together a copper based loop. If you need a low profile mount EKWB does make one like this:

Do you midn explaining whats happening as I feel that watercooling may not be your best option here

im basically building a pc in an old asus G2S laptop so there isnt much room for cooling and i want to put an i9-9900k in it.....
