Hi guys i need help. My pc will turn on for a few secomds and it will shut down. What is the problem? Cpu or motherboard?

Everyone was a noob at the beginning, don't be discouraged by toxic trolls even if u lose 15 times in a row. Keep training and pushing yourself further and further, so u can show those sorry lots how it's done !

try reinserting the cpu and memory back

Is this a new build or is it an older computer that was previously working, but has now stopped working?

 

If it's a new build, make sure all the power cables are plugged in to the motherboard, including the CPU power cable.

I already did. I even tried every slot. But it was just on for 1 sec and off and it is an old build. Im changing motherboard and my new one. Doesnt work
