drivers deleted

How did you come to this conclusion? There most likely wasn't any dialog after starting your PC saying 'GPU driver deleted'.
What happened?

What did you wipe? What did you reinstall. Give us more steps go already tried, please.
Did you reinstall Windows?

I suggest using DDU to uninstall the driver and reinstalling the latest driver from www.nvidia.com/driver or the last working version.

I experienced this once when I first got a 2080 and it worked fine after a DDU run in safemode.

The drivers and nvidia programs als ogot delted from the last Windows update, but that was fixed by just instaling them normally again. (Tha tupdate also deactivated my retail Win10 and deleted the LAN drivers)

I like zip-tying Intel stock coolers on graphics cards.
