Help with 144 and 75 hz monitors

Right now I have a 75 and a 60 hz set of Monitors, but I want to upgrade to a 144 and a 75 but I’m worried it will screen tear really badly, I have FreeSync but I need help. Another problem is I’m not sure what to upgrade my

cpu and gpu to when getting a this, my current is a i5-6400 for my cpu and  arc 470 as gpu

well if you have an amd gpu, just get any freesync monitor and tearing shouldn't be an issue anymore.

 

for your upgrade it depends on what game you wanna play.

If you want to buy a 144hz monitor to play some heavy games than i suggest some beefy gpu to keep up with the refresh rates.

580's are cheap rn, and a 2600 with a good mobo is what i would suggest for an upgrade.

but for thearing is g-sync the best, but also the most expensive
