Is it impossible to find a 1080p Monitor for <$100?

I live in Canada, and looking at all the sites it seems like the cheapest 1080p monitor you can buy is at least $110. I don't want anything fancy, just a second display to watch videos on, but $100+ seems way too expensive for the cheapest, now outdated, monitor.

There was a 21.5 inch 1080P monitor for $89 somewhere on Linus' videos. You might have to look around.

$99.99 It's a 22" all my monitors are LG and even my oldest one still works (tho shows its age, but for 12 years...)
