Hey, so i'm trying to recover my emails, but i don't know what to do, they don't show up on mail app, and when i try to sync it doesn't sync. Help

Assuming you are using Hotmail, if you go to https://outlook.live.com/ can you see your emails there? If not, open the Deleted Items folder and see if you can use the "Recover items deleted from this folder" feature. It should appear on top of the mail list.

That's the thing, i'm not using hotmail, i'm using my countries mail, it was synced, but it doesn't find it when i reinstalled windows

What is the mail system you were using? not the interface but the service?

Did you re-setup the email account? Type back in the Server Address, username, password, etc?
