Does anyone know of a USB dac/sound card that has the capability to do audio mirroring?

I know windows has the built in "listen to this device" feature but I would like something that has the ability to do that self contained separate from the computer.

I recently picked up the Hyper X Cloud Alpha headset to use on the go and it blocks out a bit more sound than I anticipated it would so I find myself compensating a bit.

My desktop audio setup I have a monoprice condenser mic on a arm through a Samson FX board with one of the audio outs going to a Rolls RCA mini mixer (https://www.amazon.com/Rolls-MX42-Stereo-Mini-Mixer/dp/B00102ZN40/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1539581853&sr=8-2&keywords=Rolls+RCA+mixer) and the audio out going to my headphone amp which allows me to do the audio mirroring I want and can adjust the audio for each source. I would like a usb sound card that has the ability to control the PC audio and the mic audio in this way so that its easier to use while portable.

HyperX makes their own USB sound card which allows independent control of the computer volume and the mic volume but doesn't do audio mirroring... (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077VLKW3P/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1)

Something like this would be what i'm looking for but with the audio mirroring ability. https://www.amazon.com/BENGOO-External-Converter-Microphone-Earphone/dp/B072BMG9TB/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1539582175&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=usb+sound+card&psc=1

Also for reference, the HyperX Cloud Alpha headset terminates in the headset combo jack but does come with a splitter cable so if there is one out there that uses the standard 2 port style I could live with that.

I mean any solution you're using this way is going to be dependent on the OS if you're mirroring from one audio device to another. A sound card can't copy sound from a device it knows nothing about.

While true i'm hoping theres some usb device that allows the mic input to be mixed with the headphone output.

If thats a better way to state what i'm looking for.

You mean something like this? https://musicredone.com/behringer-u-control-uca222.html?fee=2&fep=340

Input line, output line, and a headphone monitor for both?

You'll be better off looking for "Audio Interfaces" rather than DACs.

Something like that yes but I didn't know what they were called so I could delve deeper than where i'm at.

Ideally even something like the Rolls mini mixer but instead of RCA, 3.5mm.

The product i'm looking for would have:

usb input (which allows for power and the mic in and audio out of the computer)

3.5mm combo jack for the headset to plug into. (with standard plugs being a bonus, as seen on this for example: https://www.amazon.com/BENGOO-External-Converter-Microphone-Earphone/dp/B072BMG9TB/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1539582175&sr=1-2-spons&keywords=usb sound card&psc=1&tag=linus21-20)

2 volume adjustment knobs. 1 being the mic coming back out to the headphones volume (mic volume going to the computer would be just full volume to be controlled by the computer), the other knob being the audio coming from the computer to the headphones.

Maybe even throw in a master knob for overall volume but eh... that wouldn't make or break it for me.

I found this audio interface which may be close to what i'm looking for.. just not the right ports natively but may be able to be adapted (from what I can tell they're 1/4 inch ports (one being a xlr combo) not 3.5mm)..

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FFIGYOI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_ep_dp_bwTWBb3BBC46E

if it does usb audio out to the headphones while also taking the mic in over usb and then can directly mix the two together out to the headphones then it could work.

My concern would be that the level the headphones need the mic audio and the level discord/teamspeak need the mic level may be significant and then I wouldn't be able to be heard by others.

i'll have to do some more digging on this one.
