Ryzen 5 1600 OC help

Hello, 

I recently overclocked my CPU to 3.9GHz, when I try to go to 4 I still post but when it loads to windows it instantly restarts, could this have anything to do with my voltage being too low or did I reach the limit of my CPU?

it most likely reached the limit Ryzen 5 1600 usually only reach 3.9ghz over that you have to be lucky

Voltage is most likely too low.

 

Or mobo cant handle the voltage.

It might be the motherboard hitting its power limit. What voltage do you use for 4Ghz?
