Aura Sync

I have Aura Sync on my computer and my motherboard is the asus crosshair vi hero and it wont dectect it at all what should i do

What aura sync device do you have that isn't detected?

Do you have aura sync downloaded?

Is the aura sync device plugged into the aura sync port?

I have the Crosshair Vi Hero i downloaded aura sync from there website and i want my motherboard dectected

I have the VI Hero as well and it works just fine for me... Are you getting it from the Crosshair VI Hero page on the Asus Website? 1. Did you right click the ZIP file and click "Unblock" before extracting it?

2. Did you right click setup.exe and run as admin?

Very much yes but when i try to reinstall or uninstall it brings up the same error message

It just says when i try to setup DO you want to remove the select application and all its components

I did but it didnt dectect so i uninstalled it but the app uninstalled but not aura

then run the uninstaller with that file and see if you can install that one

You need to unblock the zip file before extracting it and run the setup.exe file, not the AsusSetup file, as administrator.
