CSGO Choke and Loss

It was all going great 2 days ago but now using the "net_graph 1" I can see the following data:-

Loss - At an Average 30-50%

Choke - At an Average 30-70%

also var have increased - No Idea what it is and some data in red

It is studdering as hell . Please help me fix it.

My ping is what I am used to and FPS is little low than usual .

Usual Ping 110-160

Usual FPS 30-40

PS: My gameplay seems to have been improved. I am hitting most of the shots. It's the side-effect.

Try to install a full fresh copy of CS:GO...

Maybe that will help solve the problem

That includes deleting your autoexec.cfg completely and all of your settings back to default...

Could be the :

Game server
Your ISP
CS:GO client settings.

If you have not changed game settings your self then exclude that. Try reverting back to default settings in console: rate, cl_update, cl_cmdrate, cl_interp etc.

Try changing game server. See if have better ping/latency from a closer community server.

Goto fast.com and speedtest.net look for a test server at a similar loctation to the game server you want to play on. Compare that to a major city in your own country, a similar distance away. You will get an idea of the best and worst your ISP's performance. Obviously time of day and type of connection/set-up you have has a massive impact.
