Hi guys . I just recieved a pc from my good friend and it has 

8gb DDR3 ram dual 

A8 7600 Cpu integrates graphics 

Hp Odense motherboard

600w power supply 

1tb HD

250gb SSD

... Will I be able stuck a Rx 580 8gb with that cpu ? Thanks .

yeah that cpu is going to bottleneck the rx 580 pretty bad, you might want to consider other options

an awful lot unless the game has zero requirement in CPU power.

You can use the 580 8gb, will it run amazingly, no. But It will work and get you some performance, definitely.

That CPU is potato. Upgrade before getting the 580.
