When I plug the usb into the pc I boot it up and enter the bios and set it to start from the usb then I get a black screen with that ( _ ) line blinking and that is where it stop. The pc hardware is. My CPU: Intel core 2 duo E5700 3GHz Motherboard: MSI G41TM-P31 RAM: 2GB DDR2 800MHz. So please help me out

Did you make the USB bootable or just copy the ISO file directly to the USB?

Yeah this. If you didn't, use a program to make bootable USBs (I use Rufus, https://rufus.akeo.ie/) and then it should work.

Unless you did do that, in which case idk why it isn't working.

Specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen R7 3700X @4.4Ghz, GPU: Gigabyte RX 5700 XT, RAM: 32 GB (2x 8GB Trident Z Royal + 2x 8GB TForce Vulkan Z) @3000Mhz, Motherboard: ASRock B550m Steel Legend, Storage: 1x WD Black 1Tb NVMe (boot) + 1x Samsung 860 QVO 1Tb SSD (storage), Case: Thermaltake Core V21, Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

Why not just use the Windows Install Creation Tool and create a bootable USB from that instead of using an ISO?

Well I used it to download the iso file to burn it later on by using Rufus

Have you set legacy boot on from mobo? If that is option. Also with just 2gb of RAM you should either install 32bit version or add another 2gb.

Don't forget to mark this as solved. Just find that comment that solved it and mark that one as the solution ;)
