Queonstion on motherboard

What motherboard should I get to go with an i7 8700 non k, I like asus but any reccomendations are welcome

also I am looking at the asus prime z370a it seems good just want some opinions

If you already have ram higher than 2666 then get a cheap z370 mobo if you want to use more than 2666 speeds or get 2666mhz ram and get like a budget board (basically any 8th gen cpu hoards that isn’t z370) 

unfortunately I can’t recommend any specific boards but hope that helps somewhat

so I don't want to spend the money on the strip, the asus prime z370 a would work for me correct?
