Some keys not working on a membrane keyboard

Hello , I figured you guys probably know alot about tech here , I got a membrane keyboard , I have some keys that dont work , and some that do . I tried doing the obviuos and cleaning it but doesnt seem to help alot. I got a picture of the keys that dont work that I took in Keyboard tester. I hope you guys can help me out.
