Using ram for Video Memory

Is it really possible to use your ram memory for integrated video memory

My laptop specs:

i5-6500

8gb LPDDR3 ram

1tb hdd

And crappy Intel HD (dont even know which one)Graphic

then add more RAM in the form of sticks

Desktop benching:

Cinebench R15 Single thread:168 Multi-thread: 833 

SuperPi (v1.5 from Techpowerup, PI value output) 16K: 0.100s 1M: 8.255s 32M: 7m 45.93s

Won't make a difference performance wise since that is what it does already, you can manually increase the amount you reserve for video only in the BIOS of many but not all laptops, this just decreases the RAM available for programs.

I dont think you guys understand I have 8gb ram but when i use my igpu it says it only has 64mb... thats my problem

well yea but i can deal whit like 6gb ram for gpu to have 2gb  ram or even 1

Again i said you can possibly adjust that in the BIOS.

It wont make really any difference though.

In situations where VRAM limit is exceeded, remaining system RAM will automatically be used as VRAM.
