Why are you getting a G chip if you're going to add a graphics card anyway?

np

if you're on a reaaaaaally tight budget then the 1200, if not, jump for a 1600

without knowing your budget is hard to tell which graphics card you should go for tbh, maybe you could get a RX 560

oh and totally avoid steelseries mats, they're the worst

Spend $25 less on the tower, get one that comes with fans, don't buy a intake fan, get a cheaper mouse and keypad and cable ties who cares lol.  Look for a CPU motherboard combo on Newegg for example

don't be a Honda Civic with a fart pipe, decals and no racing mods

This was a bit rushed but this should get you better performance and cost less, maybe get faster ram if you can afford it, but this should give you a better idea of what to shoot for.

edit: forgot to add a hard drive lol
