I'm blind - where's the PCI Express slot? I don't see how it is blocking...

Presumably the pic is with his current GPU, which is shorter than the GTX 1060.

 

That low-profile SATA cable aezakmi recommended looks like a good solution here.

He hasn't installed the card yet. He's picturing the sata ports with the back of his current video card so you can see how they will overlap when he installs the new GPU.

Your using a right angle sata cable, though I have never used the one they are talking about, it seems produced for your issue alone

If it doesn't work at all, I would use the x1 slot (it appears 1 may be below your GPU from the spacing) and put in a JBOD card for my SATA stuff (last resort)

I want to say yes but it looks like its in Dutch/German?  Id see if that allows Just a Bunch Of Disks (JBOD) or if it requires RAID etc - I cant answer positively based on what I can see.

 

Newegg has them on sale from China for around $12 or so let me see if I can find one

is it a 90 on one side and a straight on the other? if so, just flip the connector around. alot of them are 90 on one end and not on the other. assuming what your plugging it into can take a 90
