you need better processor. 8320 is good choice, then undervolt. when you have money, buy cpu cooler and OC.

it would really help the budget if you dont buy the OS licence... try to get copy in work/school

4130 wont cut it in those games. 270 would be wasted, beacuse cpu will not be able to keep up and it is allready obsolete. the absolutelly lowest cpu that you should have is 6300, even this one has to be overclock to have its potential, else its like ivy i3.

balanced build for those type of games would be more like 8320 with 7850 2gb . all games you listed ( dayz not ) can use those 8 cores. zambezi bulldozer wont cut it.

Edit 160$ for 7790 2gb is a bit steep but at least you get more money to work with. best price/performance i can find.

If you are limited to PCCG, try something like this : here

(You will need to get an OS somehow, and you can always add the Thermaltake case if you would prefer that one.)

If you are not limited to PCCG, this could work out for you: here

Although buying through multiple sources only saves you $10 give or take.

EDIT: With the money you save, you should add this cpu cooler and possibly an upgrade to the gpu or the OS if you can't manage to get one through work or school, or an old copy you or someone you know has.

CPU: Intel Core i7 3770K,   CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i,   Motherboard: MSI Z77A-GD55,   LED Lighting: NZXT Hue RGB LED,   GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX780 3GB,

Storage: Samsung EVO 250GB (OS), 2TB Seagate, 3TB Seagate,   Case: Corsair 750D,   Monitors: ASUS PB287Q 4K and 42" LG IPS TV,   PSU: Corsair HX650 V2,

Keyboard: Corsair K95 RGB (MX Brown),   Mouse: Logitech M950T,   Headphones: Audio Technica ATH PRO700MK2,   Speakers: Logitech Z906,   Phone: Google Nexus 5,   Tablet: Google Nexus 9

No point getting an APU when you have a graphics card.
