If you are really serious, maybe list out parts that you can do, and people you are looking for. Do note that most big youtubers have started as single persons and recruited people to do behind the scenes stuff once they grow. Doing YT full time is financially harder than doing it as hobby, and it takes years to grow. You need to have really original content to grow within year.

Due to that, it's advisable to maintain a primary job, and do YouTube strictly on the side until the channel can generate enough profit to replace the main job, if it would ever happen.

I really hope you have idea about what you want to do. NO and I mean NONE business starts big. NONE of them. You are talking about starting at LMG or even bigger level. Sponsors and advertiser won't do anything if they don't have proof that you can reach significant audience first. For normal startup company you also need to have starting capital to make first patch of whatever you are trying to sell. After first patch is sold, you can generate revenue from following.

$1500USD/mo? I don't know what kind of salary levels are in US for example, but thats way underpaying for person with college level education or same level of working experience. But even when you get 1 editor for that, you still need to gain that much to actually pay them.
