So, Im building a new pc and i'm worried about the ram and the motherboard because i read that this motherboard doesn't supp 3000mhz

On cpu cooling, what should i choose? Liquid or air cooling? For liquid cooling i will pick CoolerMaster MasterLiquid ML240L RGB and for air cooling Cryorig H7

and my build is

Case             : NZXT 500i

Motherboard Asus Rog Strix B350-F Gaming

ram               TeamGroup Delta Rgb 16GB DDR4-3000MHz

cpu               AMD Ryzen 5 2600

hdd               Western Digital Black 1TB (64MB)

ssd m2 type  Crucial MX500 M.2 250GB

gpu               Gigabyte GeForce GTX1060 6GB

psu               Corsair CX Series CX650M

Dont get that mobo, its not great for the ammount you are paying

Get a B450 Tomahawk instead.

Just pick the cheapest ddr4 3000/3200mhz. Ryzen isnt very picky anymore about ram. The mobo doesnt officially do more than 2933mhz, but it runs the ram at 3200mhz (or rated speed) using DOCP/ XMP.

4 x DIMM, Max. 64GB, DDR4 3200(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2666/2400/2133 MHz ECC and non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory *

it supports it but with overclock. I'd spend a bit more on the mobo

Insanity is not the absence of sanity, but the willingness to ignore it for a purpose. Chaos is the result of this choice. I relish in both.

snip

ok so that mobo runs at 120 on newegg

the highest native rating on mobos in newegg at least for ryzen is 2933 which is still better

For $10 more you can get this

https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813145060&ignorebbr=1
