I want to dual boot my laptop with Ubuntu and windows. I'm quite worried that if this gaming performance on Windows. 

Suggest what to do!

If you are not running both os'es at the same time i dont see any reason why it would affect the performance?

It wont affect gaming performance, only one OS runs at the same time.

You aren't running a hypervisor, so performance won't take a hit...
