I have solar panels and way too much power that i cant save or sell to the net because i have a smart meter soo what would be the best coin to mine with a hd 6950.

The 6950 isn't worth mining on IMO, even with solar panels, you'll probably make more selling it back to the grid.

 

Check how many Watts your PC draws when mining and check the income you're getting, with a 6950 (I doubt you'll get more than 8-10¢ per day), then compare that to what you're getting when selling those kWh to the grid.
