LilPach

My question is if I can stream at some decent settings with these specs.

Ryzen 5 1600

Msi rx 580 gaming x 4gb

16gb 2133mhz ddr4 ram

Also have decent wired connection 140mb/s download 15mb/s uploads

For Ryzen, I would up the RAM speed a lot. Ryzen relies on RAM speeds, with the minimum being considered 3000MHz

fully agree, i i own a 1700x with 16gb of gskill trident z rgb ram at 3000mhz and thats the actual minimum speed you want it to run at.
But since games only use about 4 cores in general.. yes it should stream very well.

idk where you are from, but over here in the netherlands the 1700x is very cheap at the moment, was only a tad bit more than the 1600.
so if thats an option... go for it if not the 1600 will do just fine

Current build: Ryzen 7 1700x, asus prime x370-pro, 16gb gskill trident z rgb, asus rog strix gtx 1070 ti, corsair rm650x, nzxt s340 elite, samsung 840 pro 256gb, 1.5tb hdd.

Where I’m from the 1700x is another 60-70$. Also I plan to overclock my 1600 and I only play fortnite which isn’t very cpu demanding. My current Ryzen 1200 handles it just fine I just need more cores to stream.
