I56400 bottlenecked gtx 1060

I have a gtx 1060 3gb and I've noticed that it gets bottlenecked by my i56400 while playing games like GTA v and bf 1 for example bf1 high settings gpu 60% CPU 100% on high settings and I get like 50 fps on conquest(big battle with lots of s*it on display)

GTA V is no surprise since it's a CPU whore (even though I have an HD7570, my 3770 still sits in the low 70%'s). In BF1 just turn up the settings or turn on supersampling, honestly.
