I would honestly recommend a SSD and a better cooler.

An SSD is a must, like @DVA said, it helps windown boot much faster and programs will run faster when installed on it too. DVA was also right. A hyper 212 evo is probably a little too cheap for an 8700k, maybe go with a be quiet! brand cooler

heres a build I tried to keep closer to your original, I just added the ssd, cooler, and changed some other things you'll spot

The build is about $78 more from the SSD, but an SSD is worth the money. It is 2124 also because I chose a little bit better of a motherboard. I don't hate MSI but sometimes their products can have the "gamer" marketing thing. If you want to change back feel free

I would move the Gigabyte gpu to the MSI one if they're the same price. Gigabyte is not bad, but MSI is just better. Gigabytes tend to run a little warmer and have been known to make a little bit of noise, which won't harm anything, but it's still there.

If you're going with air cooling, I suggest something like Noctua's fans. They're chocolate brown but are extremely reliable.

If you're interested in an AIO you can get one of Corsairs. Such as the H115i or H100 V2. They require very minimal to no maintenance and in some cases by the time it needs some maintenance it is time to upgrade your system anyway.
