Do I need to upgrade?

I have the Samsung syncmaster t200HD, 75hz 1050p. Pairing it with Gtx 1080. No frame sync,do i need to upgrade my monitor?

You don't need to, but it would probably be somewhat of a waste when paired with a gtx 1080...

No. A 1060 6GB will be more than enough on "1050P".

Not necessary, but imho that monitor is garbage. 
For pure gaming get something with 144hz 1080p or 1440p ( but not TN panel, look for atleast VA panel ). 
Even 1080Ti is not enough for 4K, maybe only barely the RTX 2080Ti. 

AOC C24G1 is good budget option at around 199$ 1080p / 144hz / VA panel / 24' ( but will suck if you do design job since its curved also ).

Best to sell that monitor also so you can have extra cash for a better upgrade.
