OOBE errors during Windows 10 Setup

Thermosman

I am setting up Windows 10 on a Dell Inspiron e6530, and in the process, I get two errors. The first is OOBEZDP, which stands for Out Of Box Experience Zero Day Package, which is a security updates package, however this is not an issue since I can skip it. The next error is OOBESETTINGS, which presumably has to do with privacy settings, however I cannot skip it so I cannot finish the setup. When it gives these errors it says "Something went wrong" and gives you an option to try it again, however I retried it multiple times to no avail. Has anybody seen this problem before or know how to resolve it? Thanks

What are you using to install the Win10?  Is it a clean copy received from Microsoft download site or is it a restore type version from Dell?  If the Dell version, they load their installs with a ton of extra crap that you don't need and could be screwing things up for you.  If it is a copy from the Microsoft download site, then you might want to get another clean download and try again.  From the site below, you can get clean installs of Windows 7, 8.1 and 10.

I used the installation media creator from here to make a bootable media flash drive:

Same as the link you provided

You did a clean install and formated all dives,

It is a clean install on the partition however there is another partition with a windows 7 install, although that shouldn't cause problems
