Hello,

for a long time a have an issue with my pc. This issue happens randomly so not after I start a programm for example. It happens from time to time. My monitor went black and notified me that there is no signal, at this moment I still can here sound, like from an YT video fo example, also my mic works for a few second aswell. 5secs after the blackscreen I cant here the sound anymore and I can be heard either. Only a hardreset works so my pc can run normally after that. Pressing the Reset-Button on the case DOESNT work to fix the problem. The pc needs to be powered down completely.

My system specs are:

i5-7500, MSI B250M Mortar, 2x8GB 2400MHz HyperX Fury, Asus RX470, Corsair CX600M, 1x Samsung SSD 750Evo 120GB and 1x 1TB Seagate HDD

Things I already tried:

- Bios update to the latest version

- gpu driver update to the lastest version

- Placement of ram sticks (dual channel)

- looked if all connecters are correctly installed

I hope u can help me with me problem.

Thanks for the answers!

Sounds like an issue with the motherboard. Have you changed any settings in the BIOS? Even something like the RAM's XMP profile. Also might be worth monitoring temperatures of everything in your system using HWMonitor.
