Keyboard choices

I am looking for a good mechanical keyboard that has macro keys, I was thinking about a G710 but I am not sure what else is out there

Corsair K70 with the side dedicated keys is one of the best choices. I have standard K70 LUX without gimmicks.

If you go for a fully programmable this is every key on the keyboard.

Corsair K70 is a good choice as a general mechanical keyboard with macro keys. But if you need lots of programmable macro keys then something like the Logitech G13 Programmable Gameboard is a good choice. I use mine for Autocad so that all my functions are programmed and it makes a world of difference, and you can assign macros per application used.
