Whine-like noise through Rokit 5's.

HunterScott

I bought some KRK Rokit 5's the other week and shortly after, bought a Focusrite Scarlett 2i4.

The Scarlett is connected to my computer via USB, and the monitors are connected via RCA jacks. There is a very quite 'thumping' noise that persists when I first boot my PC, but this tends to disappear after 5-10 minutes, but I do have a noise that I can only describe as sounding a bit like coil whine that is emitted from both speakers. There is also a small 'scratching' noise when I move my mouse.

Can anyone help me to alleviate these issues at all?

Thank you in advance.
