Good Sound Card for DOS Games and Win98SE

So I'm looking for a sound card for this Retro Gaming PC I'm building and I cannot decide which sound card to go for. I was going to go for a SoundBlaster Live but I was told it doesn't have dos drivers. I have a free ISA slot and a free PCI slot. Which ever works. It needs to have dos support and also support for windows 98 SE. Also, I would like one that works with the embedded DOS 7 in Win98SE

You are welcome, those guys specialize in drivers and such for old OSes, I'd start there, they will have way more info than LTT will.
