I think you should bump your budget up to at least $400 dollars and get yourself a GTX 770 or just a 760 if you're tight on budget :)

660 or 760 if you can find them for that price but thats only if you like nvidia's features if you dont care about the features and you care about raw performance i would say go with a 270 or 270x whatever you could find at that price
