[CAN] Under $1800 1440p build?

Morpheus

With such high prices of gpus and ram lately, is it possible to build a decent rig + monitor for under $1800 Canadian? I don't need windows. The hard part is that I would have to fit a monitor into that budget. Thanks for any recommendations

I know there are some recommendations there too. I was wondering if anyone had specific builds they could come up with that I could use as a guide.
