Internet status speeds

you can lookup the model numbers of both and there will be a spec sheet that tells you.

I recently upgraded to 200bms through charter but was told they needed to send me a new modem because the one I had was out of date. Long story short the modem didn't help much at all and they told me to check my PC's(the one I built) "internet status speed" which is 100mbs and they said that's the reason I'm only getting 95mbs down, is this correct? What is internet stay speed? Does this have to do with my mobo?

Yah, sounds like your mobo OR the router is limited to 100Mbps so what they are saying is correct.

What model motherboard and router do you have? What modem did they send?

Hello again. I was wrong. I have the MSI H110M Gaming  mobo.
