So I’m a beginner to building computers, but I want to build one. I need a gaming computer because my current one can’t run Fortnite and my Xbox broke. The problem is I have a $600 price range. I just need to be pointed in the right direction of cheap parts.

thanks all

Build something like this.......

Probably better off with a cheaper RX 570 and 16GBs of RAM

I edit my posts a lot, Twitter is @LordStreetguru just don't ask PC questions there mostly...

Spoiler

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

true for now, but it will be a nightmare for future upgrades.

its much easier to another 2x4gb rams than replacing and get rid of "old" GPU

You're unlikely to ever need to replace 16GBs of RAM for the foreseeable future

You're likely to replace an RX 570 or 580 within 2 years.

Was recommending the cheap APU machine as Ryzen 3000 CPUs come out next year for a likely sizable jump over 2000 series CPUs, and there might be a 12nm polaris refresh coming soon
