Cap brands alone won't say much.

Capcitor lifespan depends on many factors including it's size, voltage, capacitance, ESR, ripple current, etc, and most importantly it's environment.

Here are technical notes by Rubycon relating to electrolytic lifespan.

That said, I'm not suggesting these capacitors will last very long.

Also, there are so many more aspects in a power supply that can define its quality.

 

It's a pretty good budget option. Double forward + DC-DC with a full set of protections and a full EMI.  The capacitor and fan quality isn't any more I'd expect from such a low-price power supply.

How do they compare to teapo SC caps? which are very common in budget units

Depends on the Series.

The lower end Chinsan should be roughly comparable to Teapo SC, as both are Taiwanese...

 

EG and EJ seem a bit better than Teapo SC though.

Teapo SC is at 2200µF/16V roughly 30 Ohms ESR and 2A Ripple Current. The Chinsan EG and EJ are equal but have around 2,2A Ripple Current and a bit lower ESR with 27 Ohm.

 

But it all depends on how its used, the Enviroment of the cap, temperature, Ripple Current it has to endure. And that we do not know.

BUT: There are 4 (2200µF/16V by the looks of it) at the upper PCB edge for buffering the shit coming from the secondary side...

Yes like you said it's hard to guess under what conditions the caps are

Where’d you find those ESR values? For the Teapo SC all I could find was it’s impedance = 0.0028 Ohms. I’d imagine ESR to be lower?

God I hate that there is no date in the Datasheet mentioned... 

Why can't they mention the Year that Datasheet is made??

 

But, you are right, in the newer Datasheets, its Impedance, I still had the old one in my brain (when you google for Teapo SC, the one result from http://nishioka.com still has ESR for that)

 

And 0.028 is for the big ones, the ones in PSU are the "downsize" 10x30mm with 1780mA and 0,032 Ohm

Well, assuming 0.032 and 0.027 Ohm ESR, both the SC and EG have a calculated (by me) lifespan of ~110 - 130 thousand hours.

At 60C the Chinsan supposedly lasts 8 thousand hours longer

Or I just get my calculator flawless before commenting...
