Hi I'd like to build a humble 1080p60 high-ultra  gaming rig is this good?

I'd like to play all kinds of games (I am aware the rx580 is pretty old but it can do 1080p60 and I might move to navi in a year or two).

Swap the mobo for the B450 tomahawk. The Asus board is surprisingly poor for what you pay

Also swap the 2600x for the 2600 and get a cheap aftermarket cooler and OC the difference between them

I'd rather have an automated OC and will certainly swap the board

I agree with @GoldenLag, the b450 tomahawk is a great mobo and ocing the 2600 makes it just as good as the 2600x for $55 cheaper, and with the extra money you could just get a $30 cpu cooler if you plan on ocing.
