how i can try to win that giveaway on that new video for a pc i really need it my pc sucks dont even got a card for this pc where i need to send my video of my pc and stuff?

In the video description, there's a link to a gleam.io page.

You upload your video to youtube, sign up on Gleam, either through email, facebook, twitter or twitch.(whichever they are more likely to be able to communicate with you in the off chance that you win)

Then paste the link of your video on that gleam page in the text box that looks to have a youtube video link in it and click Continue.
That is all.

i dont know where to send video cause dont have a phone  i can try record from pc  and maybe will laught at me cause my tower i have it since like 2009 and its all beat up lol and my psu cable makes spark noise i really need something new  ill do w/e linus tech media tell me to do to win this   ill do anything

Well, you can always just get a used office PC for cheap on newegg with a fourth gen or better of core i5/i7. After that you'd basically just need an SSD, a powersupply and videocard. You can reuse you current PC case or get a new one since office PCs are generally half height towers

What's bad about having a flight to Linus freaking Media Group, being in a video, and getting a top tier gaming rig for free? It's clearly not a problem for them to afford air fare, otherwise they wouldn't offer it.

i mean i dont ask for alot ill love to be in linus media  but for me to get pick why cant they just send me 1 PC that can play games. instead of flying me out and all that just a pc or at lest a 900 series card  this is my PC

Again, if you get picked, and you chose to NOT be flown there, you will NOT get the PC, doesn't matter what excuse you come up with, that's the terms of the competition. If you can't follow them, don't enter.
