noticed something

just now turn on pc for first time in a week as cpu kept overheating now when  i turn it off it makes like a weird sizziling sounding noise not from any of fans and when plugging psu in noise comes from main case fan

nope system is not on fire

Is it possible to run the system without a case fan?

tried dat once and the psu died in a few days

Strip it down and rebuild it, ensuring all connections are making proper contact.

The PC, not the PSU. In case clarification was needed.

Can you check all the capacitors to make sure they aren't leaking, and take the CPU cooler off to check the thermal paste?

no idea what a capacitator is but ok and cpu has thermal paste that isnt dry
